1. After paying for your consultation please email info@mypinklucy.com or call/text 214.912.6152 to schedule your date and time.
2. Consultations are conducted on Thursday’s and Friday’s from 3pm - 7pm. Consultations can be virtual or face to face.
3. No more than 2 people can attend the consultation with you
4. Bring inspiration pictures and have an idea of what you want. Please note we do not copy other designer’s or brand’s work. It can be inspired by but no carbon copies.
5. Custom orders are prioritized be the date of your event
6. Absolutely no refunds on consultation fees. This is FINAL SALE. No shows or rescheduled consultations will result in a $50 fee.
